🔑 Access + Setup

  • Use your key code then hit # (pound) to enter. (Code is located in Calendly booking email/text after using your link)
  • The gate must be manually slid open and closed when you enter and exit the property. Please close when leaving.
  • Systems and most lights are automated — there are only 2 lights you need to turn on (or leave off) located in the corner by the golf balls.
  • feel free to adjust A/C levels - return to 78 before leaving
  • Feel free to store your drinks in the refrigerator

--------------------------------------------------------------

🟧 TrackMan Use

  • Click on the keyboard or mouse to power on the computer - click on the orange trackman icon to boot up
  • The dividing lines on the hitting mat show you how far left or right you can hit from.
  • Hit driver/woods from the far edges. Trackman's hitting area is a big rectangle and the edges provide the most space to swing. Most other clubs can be hit anywhere in between.
  • Wave club over ball to "reset" what the trackman sees so it reads where the golf ball is after moving it.
  • If the trackman does not read the ball exit the course/game/practice session and start it again
  • Download trackman golf app and create a login if desired to save your club data and scores (the app will only save data for 9 holes if you select front 9 or back 9 during course select in the settings)
  • Log in at the beginning of your session, more consistent this way.
  • You can try the different putting options. Default is 8 foot from pin is 1 putt, 2 putt from anywhere else on the green.
  • Remember to edit tee box for each player. Recommended distance 5500-6000 yards
  • 2&3 star courses recommended to begin with - Go to Courses then select magnifying glass to filter/search - click difficulty and checkmark 2 and 3 star courses.

--------------------------------------------------------------

🧼 Cleaning Up

  • Wipe down the area before you leave.
  • Return any items (putters, balls, remotes, etc.) to their original spot.
  • Dispose of trash and reset furniture.
  • Put dishes in sink

--------------------------------------------------------------

🔒 Respect the Code

  • Do not open, move, or use items stored in cabinets if they are not yours.
  • Stay within your reserved time — no exceptions.
  • Be the kind of member you’d want to share a private lounge with.

--------------------------------------------------------------

🔋 Powering Down

  • Close out any windows on the PC including the trackman program. It works like a webpage window just click the top and drag it down to minmize and close out - leave projector and PC on. The computer and screens will turn off by themselves.
  • Return A/C's to 78 if changed
  • Turn off any lights you turned on. The rest of the lights and systems are automated.

--------------------------------------------------

You’re not just using a simulator — you’re stepping into a culture.

Welcome to the top.
